You can't always get what you want...
You know you had fun when at the end of the night, your feet are killing you! That sounds like the past two nights alright.
It was just the usual, although not so usual for me anymore because I had been out of the scene for... how long was it? Yes, three weeks and for a while I managed to convince myself that I was 'mellowing'! Pft, like that is ever happening!
The past few weeks have led me to one conclusion: You can't always get what you want...
Sometimes the world has to take a closer look into your eyes to maybe begin to try understand a fragment of your mind. Maybe then will they all see that just like them, you are yet another soul, feeling your way through this maze called life - it's not easy but if you learn to smile at the mishaps, the bumps get smoother!
Life lesson: 'You can't always get what you want, but if you try, you get what you need...'
