Leap of Faith: Listen to your heart

It seems to me that it has been all work and no play - your brain turns into mush and waking up each morning to do what you are supposed to love just does not thrill you anymore! You can relate? Good - because when Passion is all lost we HAVE to find her; everything seems so mediocre without the well adored Passion; who wants that?

When I feel like something is missing I usually just zone out until I figure out what is missing. Usually, it comes as a feeling so empty, so hallow - your heart sinks for no apparent reason; this bellas is when you know you have to consult and confront the inner core of your heart and mind -yes, parts so dark and empty even you are afraid of treading.

i) Take a break and listen to the silent shouts of your heart

During this break, reassess where you want to go - this means taking a millionth look at your goals. 

Don't have goals? Maybe that is the problem! No one should be afraid to jot down what they want and by when they want it - and if anything comes in your way, that means it is interfering with your happiness. You better do something about that!

I say there is no point in doing something halfheartedly; and this is only the beginning to finding that one thing that makes your heart skip a beat (or two).

Giant leap of faith

If you are waiting for the right time to make something happen, ha! you might as well wait forever. The saying: 'strike while the rod is still hot' was especially made for these instances when you have thought it all out but you seem stuck.

Until you do something about your true desires will you ever feel as free as a bird. 

Here's an instance: You met a boy, he is everything you ever wanted and he thinks the same about you. Only problem is the darned distance - your heart cries at night urging you to do something you have never done before, fly over mountains, soar over seas to be with your knight in shining armor.

I must admit the heart can be a fool, and the mind will always oppose poor old heart. Now, now

listen to heart but don't forget to make a solid plan - have a decent plan and get ready to satisfy your heart!

Only when you are ready to give it all up because of the new opportunity your mind sees will you ever be FREE and being free means loving hard, living like there are no boundaries. Finding passion means listening to your heart - so never be afraid!
